A: You can book directly through our website, give us a call, or send us a message through our contact page. We’ll confirm your appointment and answer any questions you have.
Q: How far in advance should I schedule?
A: We recommend scheduling at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for deep cleans or weekend appointments. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.
Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
A: It’s completely up to you. Many clients prefer to provide us access and return to a sparkling clean home. If you're not home, we just need a way to get in (e.g., key, code, or lockbox).

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — no extra charge.

Q: Do you clean after pets?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to clean homes with pets. Please let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate tools for fur and dander.
